Making a Difference One Family at a Time

Since 2019, we have contributed to the overall health and wellness for families in Greater Cleveland partnering with A Vision of Change to provide Community Health Hub Pop Ups. These health focused events are designed to reduce health disparities in areas significantly impacted by chronic health conditions.  With the assistance of Certified Community Health Workers we are meeting residents where they are to improve health equity in urban neighborhoods.

Reshaping History for Today

With support from Cuyahoga Arts and Culture and partnering with the Josh Gibson Foundation, Lifeline Sports and The PARTNERSHIP, the Community Cup Classic Foundation (CCCF) has provides a monthly series of multi-generational programs and activities showcasing the challenging, historic, and triumphant legacy of baseball's Negro Leagues and the African American experience in baseball. The programs highlight how these experiences reflect American society and culture in general, to bring awareness to how the past is always with us to teach us, and to provide inspiration and encouragement to those facing similar challenges today.
